Terms of Use
As long as you use Storyplanet in a normal way and follow the directions on the website you will have no trouble.

When you submit content to Storyplanet you should choose a Creative Commons license and/or write notes about how you want your content to be used. Otherwise Storyplanet and the rest of the users can do pretty much whatever the like with your content.

You can change the rights of your content, or remove your content anytime - but once you share content on Storyplanet other users can make copies that you must chase down yourself if you want it all removed.

Storyplanet is all about respecting authorship and sharing skills and content with each other in a fair collaboration. You are responsible for making sure that the content you submit to Storyplanet are not stolen or otherwise violating the rights of others. Secondly you should stay clear of content that is pornographic, racist, prejudice, obscene or in any other way seems inappropriate for the general public.  We also don’t want content that advertise companies or products (that is what ad’s are for).

If you are under 18 you have to have your parents agreement (or your other guardians) to use Storyplanet. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use Storyplanet. Talk to your parents about what other sites are appropriate for you.


Privacy Policy
We will never in any way share or publish any of your private information, except information that you explicitly choose to make public in your account settings and when you import and publish content.

We may register and store information on what you watch on Storyplanet and how you use our services. This is solely to improve the way Storyplanet works and make it better for you, and we do not share this with anyone outside Storyplanet.

We will share general statistics from Storyplanet with advertisers and partners but NO private data will be shared whatsoever.
